Beth is a results-driven professional with over twenty years of staffing industry experience. She began her career in 1999 as a Branch Manager for Manpower in Evansville, Indiana. In 2010, she relocated to Louisville, Kentucky, where she led five offices as the Regional Director. After leaving Manpower, Beth joined Malone Workforce Solutions as the Vice President of Sales. Malone is a family-owned regional staffing company headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky. While at Malone, Beth was promoted to CEO. Under her leadership, the company grew to over 50 locations. She joined Paramount Staffing as their COO in 2021.
Beth has been recognized multiple times by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) as one of The Global Power 150 Women in Staffing. She has also been recognized by the World Staffing Summit as one of the 100 Staffing Professionals to watch in 2022. Beth brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her position.
